When do I get charged for my pre-order?

 

You will be charged for the figures plus shipping and handling at the time you place your pre-order.

 

When are pre-ordre products shipping?

 

We post an estimate shipping time on each pre-order product page although this could change based on manufacturing and shipping factors.  We will keep every updated so be sure to sign up for our newsletter (formotoys.com)

 

What shipping options do you offer?

 

Shipping prices have risen drastically over the past few years so we have partnered with multiple carriers to ensure that you get the cheapest, most reliable service.  This includes USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.  Which carrier is used depends on your location, the size and weight of your box, and the shipping costs at the time of shipping.

 

Who do I contact if there's a problem with my order?

 

Contact help@formotoys.com with questions or concerns about your order.

 

How do I cancel my order before it is shipped?

 

Contact help@formotoys.com or send us a message using the contact form with your name and order number and request that the order be refunded.  As long as the order has not shipped, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

What method of payment do you accept?

 

We currently accept Credit Cards through Stripe and Bank Transfers, and Paypal.

 

When is payment due?

 

Payment is due upon ordering, including shipping and handling fees.

 

What shipping options are you offering?

 

We are partnering with various shipping companies around the globe trying get the cheapest, most reliable options available.  They include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. 

 

Do you offer local pick-up?

 

No, we are not offering local pick-up at this time.

 

What is the size and weight of a single set of 6 figures?

The box will be approximately 14" by 9" by 7" and weigh 3 pounds.

How do I become an official reseller of Legends of Dragonore figures?

Sign up for the newsletter and then e-mail sales@formotoys.com with your name, business name, and website.  We will then upgrade you to a wholesale account.

 

How do I handle damaged/ wrong products in my shipment?

 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.  Please contact help@formotoys.com or use the contact form within 5 days of receipt of order.  Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or refund at Formo Toys’ discretion.

What is your return policy?

 

If you are unhappy for any reason, please e-mail us at help@formotoys.com or use the contact form and we will make it right.  We can fully refund any order that hasn't shipped.  If your order has shipped, we will work with you to decide if a refund or replacement is wanted and available.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us.
